Assignment #3 reflection

I've started my assignment but I don't know how it will end. Before I can implement the changes that I'd like, I will have to meet with the Head Librarian of the Branch. She's lovely and we get along quite well but she is serving a different patron than I am. My library is spotless and really well run, but the sad fact is that I currently don't have a say in how it is set up. I will have to 'battle' for new signs and I have a feeling they will have to conform to VPL standards. I may also have problems with the high school librarian who might not want signs up for her students--she might want them learning how to look their resources up on the web catalogue. It will be interesting to see how it goes in Sept.
